What do you do when you have to appear somewhat professional-ish, but it’s 100 degrees outside, but sleevelessness and any hint of cleavage is not allowed?
I decided on a shapeless, short dress, with sheer, almost see-thru sleeves, funky shoes, and a messy updo.
Although I’m never a huge fan of anything with a round neck, severe cleavage and chest flesh is sometimes inappropriate (but sometimes acceptable!) So this dress is perfect for outings that require a little more conservative presence!

As the weather gets colder, I might be tempted to wear leggings with ankle boots and a scarf, to winterize this dress. However, for now… this is my attempt at dressing despite the heat!
