This was not a typical day. I had to get up really early in order to be on time to traffic court. Yes, traffic court. Ugh! I’d been not looking forward to this day for 6 months, ever since the officer gave me a ticket as I unloaded my belongings from my car while in my garage.
I decided 6 months ago to fight the fight, and refused to pay the ticket. The officer didn’t show up, so I got to save $200 !
Once that time suck was over, I was so happy that I stopped in to unwind, grab coffee and read a bit from a book my brother had given as a birthday gift – on Blogging, nonetheless! (Well, and ok, I had a muffin as well!)
I then found time to stop and snap pictures to show off these new Prada polarized sunglasses which seem to make any outfit look brand new again!
The pumps are new from Madden Girl and they have a simple, classic look… for a platform that is!
The jewelry is a new Christmas gift from my sister-in-law that she had purchased at Chico’s . I love the chunky blue colors in the stones and it totally helps to get me ready for all the blue we are about to see in 2013 !
